In preparation for the construction, we provide you with a brief quotation from your building plan and building consent. Once the quotation is agreed upon and the contract is signed, the project will commence. During the construction of your house, we are also able to liaise with a range of professionals such as kitchen designers, landscape designers and colour consultants at your liking, to guide you through your specific requirements on the finishes for your house. We are very happy to discuss your specific requirements to suit your individual needs.
MANAGE
Timing is a key factor in the construction industry and we want to deliver to you the most satisfactory experience. The commencement of construction of your new home initiates as soon as council consented documents are received and we will give you the start date and indicative timelines. Our project manager and site manager will have a regular site meeting with you to update you on the progress of your new house. Progress payments are required as outlined in the building contract.
